As the first signs of spring emerge, you'll see steam billowing from the sugarhouse cupola and smell the irresistible aroma of boiling maple syrup. Visitors of all ages will enjoy sap-to-syrup demonstrations, tastings of fresh sap and syrup, and even the option to walk or snowshoe through the picturesque sugarbush.

Established in 1998, this family-run farm is steeped in history and community spirit. The tradition of their legendary pancake breakfast continues, and the farm has grown to include over 3,200 taps. Whether you come for the food, the tour, or the warm memories, Valley Road Maple Farm is a must-visit destination during Thurman Maple Days!

Step inside the sugarhouse and see how maple sap is transformed into syrup. During Maple Days, visitors can watch the evaporator in action and learn about the traditional process used to produce maple syrup right here at Valley Road Maple.
